Our graduate program will provide you with the opportunity to specialise or gain broad experience in different professional areas.  Being a multi-discipline company Hyder is able to offer you the ability to rotate within a business or across different business areas.  Rotation is strongly valued and encouraged. However, we recognise it is not for everyone and therefore not compulsory.
 
By providing the opportunity to rotate, Hyder helps you make informed decisions about your career path and can present opportunities that you may not have been aware existed.  Operating in Australia and New Zealand as well as internationally, Hyder graduates have been able to rotate intra-state, inter-state and internationally.  It’s a great way to start your career if you are not totally sure what you want to do.   
 
And you won’t be alone; we will assign you a senior manager to act as your mentor.  Their experience will help guide you in your important career decisions and support you in making the transition from university to working life.
