Hyder's success in stakeholder engagement showcased in new ACE casebook

Hyder's success in pursuing a strategy of stakeholder engagement to deliver the M25 design/build/finance/operate (DBFO) contract (Sections 1 and 4) has been showcased in a new casebook produced by the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE).

This e-book focuses on the positive outcomes which can be achieved when engineering companies involve local communities in their projects. Hyder, as part of the M25 team, engaged stakeholders as partners to ensure a mutual understanding of community and Highways Agency objectives. A stakeholder engagement plan was formulated which identified and overcame issues early on in the process, enabling the project to be completed within the overall programme schedule.
