For example, our regional environmental team started with a 26 year old environmental scientist who transferred to Abu Dhabi from the UK. The hard work she put in and the support she received to grow that part of our business earned her the ‘Young Consultant of the Year’ in the 2007 British Expertise International Awards. She has now returned to a senior position in the UK.
